- [PsyOps] was founded on may 6, 2002. founded by locozoko (me) and all members are/will possess the following "skills": communication, reliability, loyalty, and honesty.

- the rules of [PsyOps] have become more strict. please read the following and 'memorize' it.
- cheating in any form is absolutely not tolerated
- you must have a valid excuse if you cannot show up to a clan practice or match
- excessive text/voice chat in-game is not allowed (CS is NOT a chatroom)
- you must act in a mature, adult manner while playing at all times
- whinning and accusing people of cheating is not allowed
- respect fellow clan members, as well as other players
- racism is absolutely not tolerated under any circumstance
- using foul language excessively is frowned upon
- camping when you are holding up the game is not allowed
- camping during the game is allowed if it's not holding things up
- if you disrespect either locozoko or carnage, consequences will occur
-punishment(s) for disobeying the rules (in order):
- Verbal warning is given by myself or carnage
- Written apology explaining what you did was wrong and what you will do (locozoko@aol.com; subject: [PsyOps] Apology)
- Suspension from clan activities and clan tag for 7 days
- Termination from clan; cannot reapply for clan again.
